Emotion is stylistically influenced by its co-writer and co-producer Barry Gibb of The Bee Gees, who also sang harmonies on the record.
An early Samantha Sang single recorded in London in 1969 had two other ‘songs The Bee Gees gave away’, The Love Of A Woman and Don’t Let It Happen Again, both by Barry & Maurice Gibb.
