Linda George: Soul influenced singer, formerly with Melbourne band Nova Express, who went into session work after a successful solo career in the 70s. She later taught voice at the Victorian College of the Arts as well as in schools and privately.

Gladys Knight & The Pips recorded several songs by singer-songwriter Jim Weatherly. Six of the nine songs on their breakthrough album for the Buddah label, Imagination, were by Weatherly, including the #1 hit Midnight Train To Georgia, which appeared on Weatherly in its original form as Midnight Plane To Houston.
As for Neither One Of Us… Jim Weatherly’s website lists 40 versions apart from his own.
