On Daddy Cool’s live album The Last Drive-In Movie Show (1973), recorded at Melbourne’s Much More Ballroom in August 1972. It was reissued in 1980 as Daddy Cool Live! Final Performance.
Momma Don’t You Tear My Clothes goes back to Don’t Tear My Clothes (1935), recorded by The State Street Boys, and Mama Don’t You Tear My Clothes by Snooks Eaglin (1959). They help form a line of songs with various titles that lead from traditional sources up to Bob Dylan’s Baby Let Me Follow You Down (1962), and The Animals’ Baby Can I Take You Home (1964).
For a longer (if still incomplete) history of the song, including its traditional sources, see under The Kravats – Baby Let Me Take You Home.
